How Do I Renew My Certification?
By Iowa law, a patient certified by their provider for the Iowa cannabis program must be reevaluated and recertified yearly. Currently, I'm providing Telehealth evaluations for patients across the state of Iowa.

Refund Policy
A full refund will be made if the patient cancels their appointment 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time or if the provider must cancel the appointment. A refund cannot be given if the patient cancels the appointment without a full 24-hour notice.
